We are looking for a proactive and organised Contract Support Assistant to join our team. Reporting into Finance, this role is primarily administrative and operational, supporting the smooth running of contracts and projects.
Key duties include:
- Project set-up
- Raising invoices
- Receipting purchase orders
- Maintaining records
- Providing general contract support

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up projects and contracts on internal systems
- Raise invoices and receipt purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support contract administration and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding queries
- Assist with month-end and finance administration tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
