Billing Specilaist , you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth billing operations, managing financial documentation and supporting internal stakeholders across the business.

This role suits someone organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing bills , credit notes, proformas and handling general enquiries from partners and clients.

  • Managing time and disbursement write-offs and intra‑matter transfers.
  • Liaising closely with partners, fee‑earners, billers and Revenue co-ordinators to help control unbilled time/costs and maximise billing.
  • Assisting with e‑billing uploads to client systems and resolving any rejections.
  • Maintaining a diary of billing events and ensuring actions are completed on time.
  • Supporting daily matter management and general housekeeping tasks.
  • Keeping the Billing Manager updated on issues to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Carrying out additional finance duties as assigned by the Director of Revenue Operations.
