The Role: Interim Senior Governance Manager – 7 months duration, pay rate £625‑£705 per day via umbrella (dependant on experience).

Responsibilities:
- Support statutory and executive committees, ensuring effective governance processes are in place.
- Provide guidance on governance standards, compliance, and best practice.
- Draft and review governance documentation, reports, and policies.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision‑making.
- Monitor, identify, and address governance risks.
Qualifications / Prior Experience:
- At least 5 years working in a company secretarial or governance department within a listed/regulated organisation.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, Prospectus, Disclosure Transparency Rules and UK Corporate Governance Code is a must.
- 2 years or comparable prior experience dealing with Directors/Senior Executives is desirable.
Ideal Candidate:
Ideal for someone with immediately available or on a short notice period of no more than 2 weeks.
