Marks Sattin are currently supporting our client on their search for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their team.

You will ideally be ACA or CIMA Qualified. Along with this, you will have worked within a client-side FP&A/ Commercial Business Partner role and have a strong background in business partnering b2c transactional customer base.

This contract will be for a period of 12 Months, offering a salary of £60,000 – £65,000 + benefits. With offices based in Yorkshire, you will only be required to be in the office a few days per month.

You will be joining the organisation as a strong finance business partner to the Senior Leadership Team and newly appointed CFO, providing insight into the ‘so what’ of monthly performance vs forecast, supporting the forecasting and budgeting processes and assessing commercial viability of investment decisions. Within this role, you will expect to support and challenge business performance and planning, budgeting and forecasting. You will provide insight into delivering the strategic business direction, you will provide the wider team accurate forecasting of the business area taking ownership of the P&L and cashflow inputs.

Along with this, you will review and develop existing processes to drive business performance, assess commercial viability of investment decisions and provide forward thinking analysis to the business to guide development.
