The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will support a range of operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insight that supports strategic and day-to-day decision making. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to improve financial performance and support growth initiatives.
- Delivering budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
- Producing insightful management information and performance analysis.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improved profitability.
- Supporting investment appraisals, business cases and strategic projects.
- Developing financial models to aid commercial decision making.
- Providing challenge and support to budget holders and operational teams.
- Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
About You
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with previous experience in a commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering environment. You'll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience.
- A proactive, inquisitive and commercially focused approach.
- The ability to influence decision making through data and insight.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
