We are working with a well-established business in Gloucester. They are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Creating supplier information and updating the ERP system
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Assisting with management accounts preparation
- Processing multi-currency invoices
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing employee expenses
- Petty cash
- Ad-hoc duties as required by management
Qualifications:
- AAT studier/qualified or equivalent/QBE considered as well
- Confident Excel and systems user
- Strong communicator
- Highly detail orientated
