We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established finance team on an initial 3-6 month contract. This is a hands-on, transactional role offering a great opportunity to step into a busy environment where accuracy, structure, and process really matter. You will be trusted with core billing and master data activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, well-controlled finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process sales invoices accurately and on time
- Maintain and update finance system standing data, including:
- New supplier set-ups
- Bank detail changes
- Adding and amending information
- Other master data updates as required
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar transactional finance role
