Finance Manager – Basingstoke (hybrid) – Β£60,000 to Β£65,000

We\’re working with a dynamic and growing business looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of an experienced Finance Manager, reporting into the Financial Controller.

Job Description

  • Line manager of financial accounts or management accounts teams
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
  • Ensuring company\’s financial reports are accurate and timely
  • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
  • Taking in active approach in the automation of financial processes
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation
  • Engaging with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA
  • Proficient understanding of finance management principles
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Experience in strategic planning and risk management
  • Experience, knowledge of or a keen interest in automation policies/ideas
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel
