Our client in the asset management and leasing sector is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team in London. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a broad role which will see you get involved in a wide range of corporate finance and analytical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing financial models to assist the Corporate Finance Team and the wider business.
- Valuation and debt modelling.
- Identify and understand key value drivers for the business and maximising shareholder value.
- Assist in the creation of presentations to highlight corporate strategy, board materials, and investment memos.
- Support the wider corporate finance team including the pricing function and structured finance function.
- Additional ad-hoc corporate finance and analytical responsibilities for other business divisions.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a corporate finance related role, with strong analytical skills and modelling exposure. Ideally, candidates will have experience in valuation and debt modelling with strong Excel capability. Candidates must be agile, with a 'can do' attitude and eagerness to learn and get involved in a range of tasks to support the team and business.
