A fast-growing, UK-wide business in the building materials and distribution sector is seeking a Group Reporting Manager on an interim basis. You will play a key role in their group consolidation, reporting, and statutory compliance while gaining exposure to board-level reporting.
As an Interim Group Reporting Manager, you will be:
- Managing monthly group consolidation and producing high-quality financial reporting.
- Preparing material for senior leaders, including insight-driven performance updates.
- Supporting the half-year and year-end close processes.
- Co-ordinating external audits, ensuring a smooth process.
- Supporting systems and process enhancements across the finance function.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and supporting statutory compliance.
- Partnering with finance teams across the Group to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
Requirements:
- ACA qualified or equivalent.
- Ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 background.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience with financial consolidation tools or ERP systems.
- Experience managing an audit process.
