We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, multi-site hotel environment. This ongoing temporary role needs someone immediately available, highly organised, and confident leading day-to-day AR operations.

Duties:

  • Oversee daily AR workflows, including managing the team inbox and acting as the go-to escalation point.
  • Handle complex invoicing across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with tax and e-invoicing rules.
  • Resolve customer billing queries and AR disputes while maintaining great stakeholder relationships.
  • Support payment allocations, including commissions and non-room revenue reconciliations (think vending, portals, etc.).
  • Review PMS and revenue uploads, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
  • Lead guest and trade receivable reconciliations, improving ledger health and reducing open items.
  • Become the AR subject-matter expert (enquiry-to-cash), supporting process improvement and training new team members.
  • Step in as deputy for the AR Manager when needed and assist with BAU tasks during peak periods or leave.

Experience:

  • Hotel PMS experience (MEWS, Opera, etc.) - 2+ years mandatory.
  • Experience with financial systems like NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
  • AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Multi-jurisdiction and team-supervision experience a plus.
