We are actively seeking a Purchase Ledger Team Leader for a highly reputable company close to Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
Main duties include:
- Line management of the Purchase Ledger Team
- Accurate and timely processing of all group purchase ledger invoices
- Ensuring that supplier statements reconciliations are completed
- Ownership of the PO and expenses systems, ensuring all transactions are approved and processed
- New supplier set up, following company process
- Building and keeping good relationships with suppliers
- Payment runs (including monthly Payroll payments), ensuring correct verifications & sign offs and runs are paid on time
- Posting and allocation of all bank payments and bank receipts
- Daily bank reconciliations and updating of the cash flow
We are looking for someone who has:
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Experience of working for a group of companies and/or dealing with multiple entities
- Line management experience
- Good Excel skills
- The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
