Our client is based in Bury with occasional travel to other sites across the North West, North Wales, the North East and Scotland; overnight stays are covered by expenses.
Responsibilities
- Training and supporting new and existing site administrators
- Ensuring accurate information is provided for the Accounts receivable function
- Ensuring that the payroll information provided and the systems that are relied upon for payroll are accurate
- Supporting the sites to understand and follow purchase ledger policies
- Supporting the sites so that they understand how to fully reconcile their petty cash and service user monies
- Providing assurance that sites are 100% audit compliant
- Liaising with all finance functions and internal audit to understand areas where additional training is needed
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a Senior Administrator role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with people at all levels
- Good Excel skills
- The ability to work well in a fast paced environment and on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- A full UK drivers licence
- Some finance experience would be a bonus, but not essential
