We are actively seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst for a well established company in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  • Commercial planning and performance analysis to ensure the delivery of financial targets.
  • Use data and analysis to present and communicate financial performance, linked to operational performance.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to define, design, develop, test and deploy high quality, visual reporting.
  • Take full responsibility for routine reporting, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to its audience.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling, to support business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the business unit managers and Head of Commercial Finance to administer the Group's risk management.
  • Drive continuous process improvements.
  • Supporting routine and ad hoc budgeting, forecasting and business plan activities.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience of working in a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst or Finance Business Partner role.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Management accounts experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
