Delighted to be working alongside a great business who are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic chance to bring your expertise into a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
- End to-end payroll processing for all colleagues, including reconciliation of salaries, pensions and benefit GLs.
- Acting as an SME for technical payroll escalations, resolving queries in line with policy and legislation.
- Delivering accurate monthly payrolls, HMRC submissions, year-end tax activity (P60, P11D, benefit statements) and finance reporting.
- Completing monthly tasks including FPS submissions, payslips/P45s, auto-enrolment duties and pension uploads.
- Providing timely responses to payroll and pension queries to ensure a great colleague experience.
About You
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM.
- Confidence handling complex pay, pension and HMRC queries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify process efficiencies and implement improvements.
- Strong organisational skills to manage varied daily tasks.
