Reporting into the Senior FP&A Analyst, key duties of the Assistant FP&A Analyst will include:

  • Preparation and consolidating of monthly reporting such as:
  • Management accounts
  • Forecasts
  • Secured Income
  • Utilisation
  • Debtor days
  • Internal global revenue by sector
  • External global revenue by sector and client
  • Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees
  • Assisting with ad-hoc reporting using big data from our financial ERP
  • Reviewing, analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely
  • Always working in accordance with our behavioural values
  • Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role
  • To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following:

    • Strong Excel skills are essential to this role
    • Experience within an international organisation is desirable
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to analyse and trend information - not to simply input data into a spreadsheet
    • Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, capable of demonstrating an ability to communicate, present to and challenge effectively with global finance teams
    • Ability to work to set deadlines delivering consistent and accurate information
    • Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
    • Good organisational skills, used to managing and prioritising workload

    In return, the successful candidate will receive the following:

    • £28,000 - £32,000 base salary
