We're partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to hire an Agile PMO to support key portfolio monitoring and strategic delivery initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional with experience in Agile environments who is looking to further develop their project coordination and stakeholder management skills within the private markets sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Support project planning, delivery tracking and milestone management
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers and status reporting
- Coordinate activities across business, technology and operational teams
- Support governance, reporting and project assurance activities
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and delivery progress
- Drive effective stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working
Key Requirements
- Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Change Delivery or Project Management support roles
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Strong project governance, reporting and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience within Private Markets, Private Equity, Investment Management, Asset Management, Hedge Funds or Financial Services is highly desirable
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools would be advantageous
