Tax Accountant – Bradford / Hybrid – £30,000 DOE with Benefits
Marks Sattin, collaborating with a rapidly growing, technology driven global business services provider. The company is aiming for significant expansion over the next three years and is seeking talented professionals to support this growth.
The Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is starting out in their Tax career and is looking for long term growth. As a Tax Accountant you will support and manage tax compliance activities performed within company on behalf of it\’s customers.
Day to Day:
- Assist in tax filings with focus on UK tax compliance
- Provide corporate income tax support for non-UK-jurisdictions serving the needs of customers
- Support completing and reviewing tax calculations for the group
- Assist in modelling tax results for group companies, including collecting data and completing models to assist in preparation
- Assist in researching tax issues including developing approach / basis for company\’s tax position
- Work to improve processes around tax compliance and information gathering
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
- Working towards a professional qualification (ATT, AAT, CTA, ACCA etc)
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Part Qualified in ACA, ACCA or CTA OR Graduate in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and meaningful interpretation of analysis conducted.
- Ability to work across internal and external teams.
