We are working with a fast-growing business to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. This is a key leadership role within the finance function, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, improve controls, and support business growth in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial reporting, controls, and compliance while leading a high‑performing finance team. You will partner closely with senior leadership to provide insight, improve processes, and ensure strong financial governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Lead budgeting and financial planning processes
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead and develop the finance team, driving continuous improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Manage audit processes and liaise with external advisors
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
