Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for an FMGG organisation in their search for a Senior Finance Manager to work out of their site in Burnley on a hybrid model.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. Any background within manufacturing or logistics would be a distinct advantage.

The Senior Finance Manager will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. It will also be key for this role to manage and develop a small finance team.

Key duties for the Senior Finance Manager role will involve:

  • Supply accurate financial reporting for several sites
  • Analysis of distribution and labour costs
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Stock Reporting
  • Build strong relationships internally with key stakeholders
  • Assist with strategic initiatives
  • Lead on internal and external audits
  • Management of the finance team
  • Ad-hoc project work
