Join a specialist Tax & Treasury recruitment practice dedicated to placing talented professionals into permanent and interim roles across tax, treasury, cash management, working capital, and financial risk functions. You will partner with established clients across financial services, corporate finance teams and industry to deliver high quality hires and advisory support. This role suits an experienced recruitment manager who is commercially focused, consultative, and motivated to grow a book of business within a reputable brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Tax and Treasury roles: intake and role briefing, targeted sourcing, candidate assessment, interview preparation, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with heads of tax, treasury leads, finance directors, HR partners and senior stakeholders to become a trusted recruitment adviser.
- Generate new business through proactive market engagement, outbound prospecting and relationship development to expand and retain your client portfolio.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience while managing multiple vacancies to agreed SLAs and commercial targets.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies including market mapping, targeted headhunting, database searches, social recruiting and network referrals specifically tailored to tax and treasury talent pools.
- Provide market insight, competitor intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients; advise on hiring strategy, role design and talent availability within tax and treasury disciplines.
- Achieve and exceed individual billings and KPI targets, contributing to team revenue and broader business objectives.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior consultants, share best practice and support a collaborative, high performance team culture.
What we're looking for
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally placing tax, treasury, cash management, working capital or financial risk professionals into permanent and interim roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at senior levels and build long term client partnerships.
- Commercially driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets and developing new business.
- Confident business developer who is comfortable with proactive outreach, consultative selling and presenting market insight specific to tax and treasury markets.
- Organised, resilient and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems, digital sourcing tools and competent with MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
