A fast-paced and growing FMCG business is looking for a Management Accountant to join the finance team. You'll play a key role in producing accurate, timely financial information, supporting operational teams, and driving improvements across reporting and controls.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly management accounts with clear commentary and variance analysis.
- Lead cost and margin analysis across product lines, working closely with operations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including scenario modelling.
- Develop and improve KPI reporting packs for senior leadership.
- Identify and deliver process and control improvements across finance.
About You
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist with experience in a similar role.
- FMCG or manufacturing background strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to partner confidently with non-finance teams.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working at pace.
