Are you a strategic, commercially minded finance leader ready to shape the financial future of a fast-growing organisation? I am searching for somebody ready to step into a Head of Finance position - joining a dynamic, multi-site business on an exciting growth trajectory.
In this role, you will be the financial heartbeat of the organisation - partnering with senior leaders, driving strategic decisions, and building a best-in-class finance function rooted in integrity, transparency, and sustainable performance.
What you’ll lead:
- Group-wide financial strategy, partnering with the executive team to drive long-term success
- High-quality reporting across P&L, cashflow, and Board-level insights
- Governance, compliance and audit excellence across a diverse, expanding portfolio
- Continuous improvement, automation, and the development of a high-performing finance team
