With strong recurring revenues, increasing international reach and significant growth ambitions, the business is now seeking a strategic CFO to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team. The CFO will take ownership of the finance function, providing commercial leadership, strategic insight and robust decision support. The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Commercial Finance Director, Divisional CFO, FP&A director, or an ambitious Group Financial Controller within a SaaS, technology or technology‑enabled business, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models and the metrics that underpin ARR growth and performance.
- A track record of helping scale a growing business, building the processes, reporting and financial infrastructure required to support growth.
- The ability to combine financial rigour with commercial insight, acting as a true strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team.
- Experience presenting to Boards, investors and senior stakeholders, with the credibility to operate effectively in a PE‑backed environment.
- Exposure to M&A and integration activity, together with the ability to assess and support strategic investment decisions.
