We are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant for a well established company in Thornton, Lancashire.

The role will also include travel to Leyland, which will be fully paid for in expenses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Main duties include

  • Payroll processing
  • Maintaining and reconciling the Purchase Ledger & General Ledger
  • Processing of invoices, payments, and statements
  • Assisting with month end procedures
  • Providing essential support to the Finance Department

Our client is looking for a candidate who has

  • Payroll processing experience
  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good Excel skills
