Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple payrolls within complex, multi-entity organisations.
- At least five years' experience leading and managing payroll teams.
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Proficient in working with a range of payroll systems; experience with IRIS Cascade is highly advantageous.
- Hands-on involvement in organisational changes, including acquisitions and TUPE transfers.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to auditing payroll calculations and processes.
- Exposure to HRIS system implementations and upgrades is beneficial.
- Holds a minimum CIPP Level 4 qualification (or an equivalent credential).
