A high-growth, international SaaS business is seeking an Interim Finance Manager to oversee its global revenue and operational finance functions. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and scalable financial operations across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
As an Interim Finance Manager, you will be:
- Managing a global transactional finance team of six.
- Overseeing the delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Playing a central role in preparing for the annual audit across multiple entities.
- Supporting the preparation of group and subsidiary financial statements including multicurrency consolidation.
- Ensuring revenue recognition processes are well-controlled and compliant with IFRS 15.
- Contributing to accurate reporting of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Assisting in producing short-term cashflow forecasts.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant with solid post-qualification experience.
- Deep understanding of IFRS, ARR and SaaS revenue models.
- Confident working in a multi-currency group environment.
- Experience working in a fast-growing or PE-backed business is beneficial.
