Key Responsibilities

  • Support the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Prepare and maintain accurate management accounts and financial records
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the Group
  • Investigate variances and provide analysis and insight
  • Identify and implement process improvements within finance
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and project-based work

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of month-end processes and financial controls
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams
