An international, project-led business within the live events space is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. This is a high-impact role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders, commercial decision-making and M&A activity. Working closely with the CFO and operational leadership, you will act as a key business partner across complex, multi-project environments - supporting financial performance, profitability and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a commercial finance business partner to operational and project teams
- Deliver KPI analysis to support senior management decisions
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and revenue reporting
- Support with M&A activity including; modelling and due diligence
- Maintain robust financial controls and governance
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience in media/advertising/or production/technology is highly desirable - or projects led environments
- M&A exposure is also advantageous
- Communicator skills with experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to manipulate data and use it to tell a story and drive the business forward
- Collaborative worker
