Finance Manager (Part‑Time, Hybrid)
Moreton‑in‑Marsh, 30 hours per week
£50,000‑£56,000 full‑time equivalent
Hands‑on Finance Manager role in an exciting, fast‑growing international business. You will be joining the company as it embarks on a period of significant expansion and will take ownership of the finance function. We are ideally looking for someone either from a practice background or someone already working in industry, most likely a smaller company where you will have a good breadth of experience. The company is very flexible and offers hybrid working. There may well be an opportunity to increase to full‑time as the business grows and if that suits your own circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Month‑end processes, reconciliations, purchase ledger and payment runs
- Management accounts, cash flow forecasting and treasury management
- VAT returns, statutory filings and Companies House submissions
- Payroll and annual financial statements
- Project accounting for international developments and joint ventures
- Liaising with accountants, advisers and banking partners
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified preferred. Qualified by experience considered
- Strong financial operations and management reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a small team environment
