Responsibilities:
- Assist the leadership team through a successful transaction
- Lead on commercial and financial due diligence
- Engage and build relationships with investors/buyers
- Manage the data room and key reporting
- Banking and working capital management
- Build key relationships with stakeholders and advisors
- Assist with key financial issues
- Management of finance team of circa 14
Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience guiding a business through a successful transaction
- Strong commercial accounting skills
- Exposure to working within a multi-entity organisation
