A unique and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced pensions professional to take on a senior interim role during a pivotal period of transition. This position involves managing and reconciling a portfolio of Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) accounts and overseeing their manual transfer to new providers. If you have substantial experience in SIPP or SSAS administration and are ready to make a meaningful impact in a hands-on role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end SIPP administration across multiple books of business, including complex cases
- Reconciliation and transfer management of client accounts to new schemes
- Client service excellence, covering benefit calculations, drawdowns, disinvestments and bank reconciliations
- Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, clients, IFAs, and receiving schemes
- Leadership and mentoring, supporting junior colleagues and identifying process improvements
About you
- Senior-level experience in SIPP or SSAS pension administration
- Proven expertise in pension transfers
- Strong knowledge of UK pension legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
- Experience in training and supporting team members
