- Line manager of financial accounts or management accounts teams
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Ensuring company's financial reports are accurate and timely
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
- Taking an active approach in the automation of financial processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation
- Engaging with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
The Successful Applicant
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA
- Proficient understanding of finance management principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management
- Experience, knowledge of or a keen interest in automation policies/ideas
- Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel
- Experience of SOX (desirable)
