Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting completion of service charge year ends, cash reconciliations, and budgets.
  • Assist the Senior Client Accountants with Client delivery.
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and VAT reconciliations.
  • Preparing and issuing month-end and year-end reporting.
  • Liaising, networking and building relationships with clients.
  • Preparing and issuing funding requests to clients.
  • Preparing and arranging the transfer of income collected.
  • Cash allocation and posting.
  • Raising tenant payable invoices, ensuring all recharges are raised.
  • Performing billing reconciliations.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
  • Prior experience in property, property management, commercial property, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • AAT/accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
