We are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for a well established company in Trafford, Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Direct people leadership of accounts payable team
- Implementing, supporting and delivering accounts payable strategy
- Managing all aspects of transactional processing within accounts payable team
- Drive productivity and deliver services in line with KPIs
- Work closely with Accounts Payable Manager to identify process improvements and drive best practice
- Be the senior escalation point in the event of unresolved or complex issues
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to monitor performance and resolve issues impacting productivity and accuracy
- Support in delivering audit
- Coach, train, develop and motivate the team.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Accounts Payable management experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment, for a large to medium sized company
- Good Excel skills
