A global bank is looking for a Credit/loan analyst to join its London team. The role involves managing bilateral and sub-participation loan operations, including processing drawdowns, rollovers, interest and fee notices, updating credit systems, and handling stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute, manage and process loan notices and transactions
- Work with stakeholders within the firm to ensure that all loan notices received are circulated to stakeholders within the bank
- Maintain daily portfolio reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and agent banks
- Monitor overdue payments and support monthly reporting
- Support broader loan administration tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in loan/credit administration within the banking sector.
- Able to commute 5 days a week to the office (based in the city)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Skilled in Excel and Word (intermediate to advanced)
- Excellent communication skills
- Mandarin a plus, not essential
