Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a PE Backed Professional Services business to appoint a strategic Finance Director, partnering and working closely to the senior management and private equity house.
As the number two to the CFO, you will lead and develop the finance function, managing the finance team to ensure robust financial reporting, systems, process and controls. The role will involve providing strategic guidance on budgeting, cash flow, and scenario planning, while building a finance capability that aligns with the future needs of the business.
The ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), ideally chartered.
- A background in Professional Services, Financial Services and or people-based business.
- Be a capable communicator and be able to present to both investors and shareholders.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- A high level of motivation, a \"can do\" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
