Marks Sattin Executive Search is advising a PE-backed Multisite Healthcare Services business on the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer. This is a critical leadership role, partnering with the Chief Executive and senior team to shape strategy, enhance performance, and prepare the organisation for a successful exit, while ensuring it is well positioned for the next phase of growth.

\\nThe CFO will bring credibility and rigour in a complex stakeholder environment, engaging effectively with the Board, investors, lenders, and public sector partners. They will establish robust financial controls, ensure transparency and compliance, and provide the insight needed to support informed decision-making at pace.

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Experience as a CFO in a PE-Backed ideally within the consumer services sector business or a business providing services to public sector partners; evidence of value creation and successful exits.
- Ability to work with a leveraged balance sheet and manage cashflow constraints
- Lead digitisation initiatives in financial reporting, streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy.
- A hands-on, growth-focused approach, with practical experience in successfully implementing financial change in regulated environments.
