The Role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, including large and complex groups, private equity-backed businesses and international organisations.
- Lead corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients.
- Act as the main relationship holder, delivering a high-quality and proactive service.
- Advise on complex corporate tax matters and one-off advisory projects.
- Identify opportunities to add value and expand services across existing clients.
- Support partners with client work and wider practice development initiatives.
- Manage and deliver large or complex projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior members of the corporate tax team.
- Work collaboratively with other specialist tax teams to deliver a joined-up service.
About You
- CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within practice.
- Strong, up-to-date technical knowledge of UK corporate tax.
- Proven experience managing a significant client portfolio.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and client leadership teams.
- Strong project management skills and commercial awareness.
- A collaborative, relationship-led approach with a desire to help grow both clients and people.
