We are actively seeking a Management Accountant for a well established company in Wrexham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Produce detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year performance.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flow reporting.
- Present financial results and key trends to the Finance Manager and senior leadership team.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process.
- Produce rolling forecasts and assess risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage accruals, prepayments and journals.
- Business partnering.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is studying towards or is fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA and has:
- Management accounts experience
- Experience of preparing budgets and forecasts
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
