What you'll be doing:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling supplier queries professionally
- Preparing payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance team
