D365 Finance Operations Functional Consultant | Outside IR35 | £800/day | UK-Based | Regular Travel to London Paris | French Speaking We're supporting a major international finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced D365 Finance Functional Consultant to play a key role in the assessment, design, and planning phases of a large-scale ERP transformation. This is an opportunity to work directly with business and programme stakeholders to help define future-state finance processes, shape solution design, and support the development of a global D365 Finance strategy. Key Responsibilities Facilitate finance process discovery and requirements workshops Analyse and document current-state and future-state processes Lead functional design discussions across finance workstreams Support Global Chart of Accounts alignment and design Define and optimise financial dimensions and reporting structures Provide D365 Finance best practice guidance Perform fit-gap analysis and solution recommendations Collaborate with architecture, integration, and programme teams Support business case development and implementation planning Engage with senior finance stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle Key Areas of Focus
