This is an advisory role, offering exposure to high-quality planning work across corporate and personal tax. The Role You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, delivering commercially focused Tax advice and supporting on a range of planning projects. Manage and develop a portfolio of advisory clients Advise on Corporate Tax planning including restructures, reorganisations, demergers, MBOs, EOTs and due diligence Support clients through business acquisitions and disposals, advising on Tax implications Provide guidance on business structuring, incorporations and profit extraction strategies Contribute to personal and family wealth planning projects including CGT and IHT planning Review Corporate Tax computations and identify wider planning opportunities Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex advisory assignments
