We are currently seeking a Strategy Director here in the UK, who is looking to level up their career from mastery to mentorship - lead productive discussions, craft compelling narratives and creative briefs, and develop confidence-building data that will enable our clients to win.

Specifically, you will focus on working with our largest European client, and have the opportunity to work with iconic, ‘jewel in the crown’ brands globally, whilst also having the opportunity to shape brands from the ground up, and set the strategic direction of those brands. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a brand-world strategist to work with a high profile, global client, and elevate their Strategy career to the next level with an Agency that is growing and changing to meet the future head-on.

Ideally you will have:

  • Significant experience gained within Agency in a Brand Strategy role – ideally 8 years +
  • Be able to lead conversations around Brand Strategy and be a ‘thought leader’
  • Able to lead and mentor Junior/Senior Strategists, and educate internally around branding
  • Be a confident and compelling storyteller
  • Possess a creative mindset, and be able to work in collaboration across multi-functional, creatively focused teams
  • Fluent English speaking ability
  • Able to deliver impactful work in both MS Office and Keynote
  • Ideally a graduate with relevant degree (ideally 2:1 or above)
