An Uncommon Internship... Forget coffee runs and hypothetical projects. The Marks Global Internship Program is a 16-week immersion in real-world strategic design thinking. You won’t just learn how the industry works—you’ll work with the kind of people that actively work to rewire and reimagine it. You will work across disciplines, regions, and cultural perspectives to push the limits of branding, commerce, and creativity. This is hands-on, high-stakes, and uniquely global. This isn’t just an internship. This is learning to think, challenge, and unpack all things brand on a Global scale. This means crossing disciplines, regions, and cultural perspectives to challenge how brands show up in the world.
We’re offering 2x 3 month paid placements based within our London studio, but collaborating across all.

What you will do...
- Collaborate, create and present a case study set by Marks
- Learn and understand key design principles
- Shadow and contribute to live design projects
- Execute and deliver agile conceptual thinking
- Revise, update and extend existing concepts into new formats and variations
- Contribute to the development of presentation decks and deliverables
- Learn foundational print production to understand the requirements of our industry
Requirements:
- Must be entering your final year, or recently graduated from a Graphic Design degree or diploma program
- Must be available for a 16-week commitment, working regular business hours on weekdays (37.5 hours a week)
- Roles in this team are considered “hybrid” (work from home 2 days a week with 3 days spent in the studio)
- A killer student portfolio
- A foundational understanding in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), whilst a working knowledge of Keynote is an asset.
