With a strong pipeline, they’re hiring an additional professional to support affordable-led land and development opportunities. This is an opportunity to join a highly active, entrepreneurial business operating across investment, development, and advisory, with exposure to both consultancy and transactional work.
The Role
- Advising on affordable-led land and development opportunities
- Assessing viability across Section 106 and 100% affordable schemes
- Advising on tenure mix, pricing, and deal structures
- Packaging land and build deals for Registered Providers
- Working with housing associations, developers, landowners, and investors
About You
- Experience in the UK affordable housing sector
- Background from an RP, affordable developer, housebuilder affordable team, or consultancy
- Understanding of Section 106, affordable tenures, and RP acquisition processes
- Financially literate (appraisals, viability, deal structuring)
- Open on seniority — strong junior to senior profiles considered
