What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting projects from feasibility through to final account
- Managing cost planning, procurement and tender processes
- Administering contracts and handling change management
- Working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Contributing to reporting, fund monitoring and project delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Assistant, Intermediate or Project QS from a consultancy or client-side background
- Strong understanding of construction and cost management principles
- Confident communicator with a personable, proactive approach
- Ambition to progress, ideally towards MRICS
