You will be part of a tight-knit, high-performing Building Surveying team delivering commercially focused work across the UK, with direct access to senior decision-makers from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering a full range of commercial building surveying services
- Leading on dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and schedules of condition
- Managing projects including fit-outs, refurbishments and rebranding schemes
- Acting as a key point of contact for national and regional clients
- Advising on lease matters, exit strategies and building compliance

- Commercial Building Surveyor from a consultancy background
- Chartered or actively working towards MRICS
- Strong experience across professional services and or project delivery
