The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects through the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors from inception through to completion.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Client-facing project management and reporting
- Contract administration under JCT contracts
- Managing programmes, procurement and project risk
- Supporting junior team members where required
About You
- Consultancy-side Project Management experience
- Experience delivering construction or property projects through multiple RIBA stages
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ambitious and motivated to continue progressing your career
- APC progression or chartership aspirations would be advantageous
