What you'll be doing
- Managing a varied portfolio of professional building surveying instructions
- Delivering expert witness reports and specialist defect investigations
- Undertaking dilapidations, schedules of condition and licence to alter matters
- Supporting new build monitoring and structural assessment projects
- Advising clients across commercial, residential and development sectors
- Building long-term relationships with clients and professional stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
- MRICS qualified or operating at Senior Building Surveyor level
- Strong technical reporting and communication skills
- Experience across professional building surveying services
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
